Bill and his brother did a great job with my tear off and gutter replacement. They were fast to respond to my request, quick to give me a free estimate, and worked around our schedule despite being pretty last minute. They were responsive at every step, were up front with pricing, and did a quality job. Based on this, I will definitely use and recommend them to others in the future.

They are fast and efficient. But most importantly communication has been excellent. I'm learning with several contractors, it's hard to track them down and connect, but Restore 24/7 gets back right away.

Honey Do Construction most recently completed a total kitchen, a master bedroom, bath, closet and half bath remodel. They come with great ideas and complete a project like they were doing work in their own home. They do a fantastic job of coordinating subcontractors, and they never leave for the day without cleaning up their work area. When we have a project to complete, no matter how big or small, we call Honey Do Construction.

The work that was done (so far) seems to have been done very well. While it did take a long time for SmcExteriors to come out to our place, the perceived quality of the craftsmanship and the price was well worth the wait, and the only reason (I believe) it took as long as it did to do the repair is because it was a relatively small job outside of their usual area of business, so if it were a bigger job it may have had some more urgency. But the most important thing to take away from this review is quality with price: SmcExteriors did this repair between five to ten times less than other contractors with the same care. Most contractors wanted to charge close to $500 to replace one 10ft panel of fascia. Steve was down to earth, charged a more-than-reasonable amount, and really wanted our business. If we ever need another job done, I won't hesitate to get in touch with Steve.

My project was to have roughly 380 ft of fencing installed along a commercial property. The purpose was to separate the adjacent alley way and to help better secure the area. Historically the area has been less than desirable and we have been working to clean it up. The owner of Grandview Construction personally met with me on site to discuss and bid the project. Our details for the project were outlined and Grandview Construction delivered to the T. From pulling the permits to the final clean up, Grandview Construction was always prompt, professional and honest. I am very please with the work Grandview completed for us and would highly recommend hiring them for any project you might have.

The job was twofold, tearing out and replacing the back door, and rewiring an outlet in the living room that had gone dead for no apparent reason. Overall he did a good job. There were some issues that caused the job to run over the estimate, but the house is over 100 years old and renovations never go exactly as planned. There were some minor issues with the final results that I won't go into here that costed a star, but overall I am happy with the work and I would use him again for another project. He is a very nice guy and easy to work with, and trustworthy. I recommend him to others looking for someone to do a handyman project fairly and at a reasonable price.

Mike Lientz supervised the construction of our 3400 square foot home from start to finish. He served as general contractor, but also performed "hands on " work as well. He has a detailed understanding of the entire house building process, and interacts with the subcontractors in an efficient manner. He is a skilled professional with an eye for detail, and thinks through suggestions for any improvements to the original design. When compared to other construction, the framing and finish work is among the best I have seen. He returns calls promptly, and is easy to work with. He was able to modify the original blueprint to accommodate our special needs and requests. If I were to build another home, I certainly would choose Lientz Construction
