Our basement ceiling had water spots showing just below MB shower. There were areas in the shower where the grout had decayed and/or was not installed properly. Conrad came in and took care of everything. He spent extra time making sure all possible areas were addressed. He notified us when he'd be there and cleaned up the work area each day. We're expecting to hire Conrad for additional items such as staining our fence. Very good work and would recommend him highly, very nice and easy to work with.
