Introduction

We are a full-service remodeling company. For most aspects of the project, we are the workers on site, doing the work. There won't be subcontractor after strange subcontractor hired out by us in your home. Estimates are always free! Our greatest joy is treating customers fairly, with honest pricing. These traits have been lost by many in the construction industry, but we strive to maintain them through until the end of the project. The smile on a customer's face at the end says it all and is why we do our work.

Just moved into a new house and it needed a couple things done right away. Had a dryer vent installed and a few kitchen drawers rebuilt. Professional and courteous. Will definitely use this company in the future when we are ready to do some bigger jobs in the house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so while we have set prices for various activities, each estimate is uniquely tailored to the project details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is getting an accurate estimate. As long as the parameters of the job do not change, the estimated price is what the final bill will be. After an estimate is agreed upon and a down payment is made, the work can begin. Full payment is never needed until the project is fully completed. Be very wary of any contractor asking for full payment up front!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's from Iowa State in Horticulture, so feel free to ask any plant questions while I'm working on your project!
