The response was timely, the professionalism and skill was assuring and Justus and Taylor were congenial and polite. Their attention to detail(ex: finding the fixture cover for a ridgeline of 17 foot ceiling) indicated they wanted the best outcome for our project. Nice guys to have in our home!

Everything about Coffin Electric was great. They responded immediately to us and scheduled a technician to arrive when it was convenient for us, which was right away. The technician was able to fix a switch that two other electricians could not fix, and install new lights in our laundry area. We also had Coffin Electric install a new electrical panel as ours was very old and the technician installed several surge protectors, too. Each job was done very quickly without any mess or delays. We felt the price for the work was extremely reasonable, less than we had expected. We will definitely use them again if we have electrical needs.

They were not able to do the job. The job I requested through thumbtack was not something they normally do. They did come out and were very congenial and sorry for the mistake thumbtack made

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a competitive service fee of $69 for an initial appointment. This is to get a highly experienced and trained electrician to your door at a scheduled appointment that works for you. We also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so you will not have to pay us until you are 100% satisfied with your project!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we have you on the phone with our front desk, we'll walk you through our simple process! Let us know what kind of electrical service or project you're looking for and we'll get you set up with an initial appointment. What happens at this appointment is our electrician will look at the scope of the work and give you a quote. If you decide to go through with the quote, then there is also the option of same-day service, provided we have all the parts and are able to start on the project. We have a competitive service fee of $69 for this initial appointment. If we don't complete the work same day, we come back out to finish the project!
