Spencer has helped me see my health and well-being in a holistic way that was missing in my previous experiences working with coaches/trainers. I appreciate all the work Spencer did for me over the past 6 months. In particular he taught me some neck exercises which, when practiced consistently, helped alleviate my neck pain. I appreciate Spencer's holistic approach to training - meaning if you only got 3 hours of sleep the night before, he's not going to then give you the hardest workout of your life the next day, but will still create a workout that'll help you feel energized. This made me feel very safe while still feeling challenged. He's very invested in his client's training and brings a lot of enthusiasm to his work. Spencer was also always on time or early to our appointment, which was really appreciated. Thank you, Spencer!

Spencer really worked hard to me meet where I was at on my journey. Always making me feel like we were progressing, even if I saw it as a failure or bad week. He was always reminding me that’s it’s not a linear journey and the downs are just as important as the ups! He shares so much knowledge that allows you to take that information and do with it what you will. Such a unique experience working with Spencer, I haven’t found anything like it.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a brainstorming call to see if it is a good fit for the both of us. It if makes sense, I send assessments and/or do physical assessments so I can coach you through an individual program based on the assessments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified CHEK Practitioner Level 1 & am continuing my education to become a Master CHEK Practitioner. I’ve always received a certification from Precision Nutrition
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a former collegiate athlete who ran into physical and mental burnout. Through my own healing I found a passion to share what I learned to others!
