Travis from the Clive, IA location and his crew were top notch! We had a lightening strike and Travis was out the same day, assessed the situation and got us closed up until we were ready to replace. He knows how to work with the insurance company and was VERY helpful in us understanding the insurance process. He was very thorough and followed up with us very respectfully and with no high pressure tactics. When we were ready, he got us on the schedule quickly and our entire, rather large roof, was torn off, repaired and shingles replaced in one day! All of the crew members were respectful and hard working, leaving little to no mess despite it getting dark as they cleaned up. Travis was out first thing the next morning to inspect for quality control and clean up anything that was missed. Exceptional service, quality and people!
