- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is pretty straight forward. It is on a giant price sheet in our store for all to see as they walk in. Basically, it is $40 per hour, but we do have a list of services at set prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
YES!! Not only on the technical side but on the entrepreneurial side as well. I go to two major entrepreneur conferences a year. This keeps me up to date on changes in not only taxes and government requirements, but to network with others who run small businesses.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I like solving people's problems and got tired of punching a time clock. I felt that my time (lots of it) and talent (a fair amount) would be better served to put into my own bank account than someone else's.
