Asked them for a quote before they started the work, they never provided. Charged 80$ just for transport service from Cedar Rapids to Waterloo. Specifically said a particular time I will be available after work. Called to check if they can come early. Asked them to check and let me know. Problem was not completely fixed and was charged 160$ for labor

A quick response was received over the 4th of July Holiday, arrival the following day to assess, give a quote and set up a date for installation. Pleasant and knowledgeable. The date for install is set for 7/23/18, however, I did tell them that I can be very flexible should they have a change in their schedule. This is an installation only of a new garage door unit that I bought through Menards. I just have to arrange for delivery to my residence. Dann Larmore, Marshalltown, Iowa
