About
From a simple blemish or crack in the wall or ceiling to a fresh coat of paint to full interior demo and restorations to finishing basements and additions I make spaces more inviting, cozy, and livable. I love creating spaces for people to use and enjoy life in. I can take an old house cracked run down or otherwise heavily used and with a little drywall mud and paint make it look new again; or even turn an empty basement into the perfect playroom or spare bedroom or other usable space.

Austin has done numerous drywall projects for me and has done some painting, framing and asst'd "handyman" tasks. His work has been great and any minor concerns were quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I prefer to set up a time for an estimate on site to get a first hand look at the project take notes and measurements. Typically I then take those notes and come up with a rough time line with estimated hours and a materials list. Then, I take those three references to come up with an official bid and get a copy out to the customer in a timely manner.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always wanted to work in Residencial housing but I didn't find my niche till I started working for another independent sub contractor and saw what it took to really make it on my own with out a big company backing me. What I found was a golden ratio of quality speed reliability honesty ambition and the ability to offer it all at a fair price and any business can succeed.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

From other sub contractors to contractors flipping houses landlords business owners and homeowners.
