They sent us some tips and suggestions beforehand for our daughter on how to pose and look best on camera. The photographer arrived hours early, was professional, polite, kind and took photos in a way that made everyone feel comfortable (in the background, not too intrusive, and knew how to get everyone to feel relaxed). We received all of the photographs within a week through an online album, and then were able to pick out the 200 we liked from those and they sent us prints and an album. Zero issues, and loved the photographs. They did everything exactly as we asked."See more
