Jordan arrived before the set time, ready to work. I had the inside, outside, screens and sills cleaned. I was given the guarantee that if something was missed, he would be back to rewash. I did not need to call Jordan back. Extremely pleased with my windows and the professionalism of Window Genie.

Quick to come out and clean the gutters! They did a great job, and after a few rains I can really tell the difference! Only concern is that they left an invoice and now I don't how how to pay them!

The young man who came out was very nice and professional, lowered the quote after he took a look at the gutters noting some sides were relatively clean already - I appreciate an honest company. Not sure if he was able to tell the downspouts were open, but wish he would have ran some water through to make sure everything was working. I'll be out there to check it during our next rain, and hopefully they will be willing to come back if I find any issues.
