5 star for Dave and his team at RoofSmart. Dave came out right away and had sent my bid within 24 hours. He followed up to see if I had made my decision on whom to work with. He was always timely with his communication and lead me through every step of the way. I knew when they were coming over and he reached out in advance when the weather decided to reschedule our roof replacement. The team showed up early and within 1.5 hours the old roof was removed and they were starting the replacement. They finished in less than 8 hours. I appreciated that they worked on a Sunday to get the job done. First company to reply to the bid request (I submitted the request on a Friday afternoon). Chad replied almost immediately, indicating he could provide an estimate on Monday, which was tremendous. To my suprise, Chad contacted me the next morning (Saturday), indicating he was in the area finishing up a project early, and asked if it would be ok if he stopped by at noon to give an estimate. I was stunned, and thrilled. Chad arrived on-time, and provided a detailed, written estimate of all work to be performed, complete with warranty info, and optional add-on services (seamless gutters, upgraded shingles, etc). His communication skills are outstanding, and his pricing was extremely competitive. I was preparing to sell my home, and the re-roofing job was the last task I needed to complete before listing, so timing of the work was crucial. Chad told me he could start the job in 8-10 days. I accepted his bid on the spot. His crew showed up exactly 10 days later, at 7am, and did a complete tear-off and re-shingle in a single 9-hour day. I work for a Fortune 250 financial services company, and I am comfortable recommending RoofSmart as a company that operates their business with an emphasis on customer service. Chad Sellers handled this job flawlessly.

They did a great job considering the rainy weather they had to work around. Gutters look great and worked really well on the extremely heavy rain we had shortly after they finished the work.
