Miracles Cleaning Service & More!

I was under the impression that this was a clean out/move out job with no one in the home. There were people still in the home, still using the facility and I had to work around everyone even though things would get used after I cleaned. Prior to accepting the job I was told one thing on what was wanted done but then after accepting the job all of a sudden there were other tasks that weren't included in the original price that was agreed on so therefore felt like I did more work for what I was paid for. Before I left I asked about satisfaction for my work so that if you weren't satisfied I could have fixed anything that was wanted. With what was expressed it felt like you were satisfied so getting a next day complaint didn't make since to me especially since you were still staying in the home when you labeled the cleaning service you wanted as a move out cleaning!

What was it that we weren't thorough on? If you weren't satisfied why didn't you say something when we asked you multiple times if there was anything else you wanted done. We also had to do cleaning around your belongings that were every where. You had told us not to move things and to go around them. If you weren't happy then we would have continued and done more for you to please you. It is our job and desire to leave our clients happy and satisfied!
