FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is structured. There is a base price for any unit (ex. First hour of a video shoot = $$$; First minute of edited video = $$$; etc.) followed by a lower rate for each additional unit (ex. Additional hour(s) of a video shoot = $$/hr; Additional minute(s) of edited video = $$; etc.). This applies to any services used throughout the whole process. This allows our clients to build the exact package that works for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our team members would have a consultation with them to figure out the needs they have. After getting a grasp on what they are looking for, we will put together a proposal for them that breaks down the project timeline, goals, cost estimate, and the deliverable package. The client can then ask for adjustments as needed and then accept or reject the proposal. Upon acceptance, 50% of the project estimate is due. Then we begin any pre-production steps that were requested. If it is already ready for production, we will skip this stage. Upon completion of the production - whether a video shoot or photo shoot - we will gather the captured media and begin the post-production stage. Post production is complete when the client approves of the outcome and we deliver the final invoice. The final totals are tallied up - if production went quicker, then the total is trimmed accordingly. If more revisions were requested than our base allowance, the total is adjusted accordingly. Upon payment, the final product is delivered. This may sound like a lot, but our efforts include making this as smooth and simple of a process for our clients as possible. We can handle as much of the legwork as they want to throw at us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe that experience is the best teacher. Our team may not have much formal training, but we have years of hands-on experience coupled with countless hours spent researching and refining our skills. We're proud to bring this unique combination of knowledge and creativity to every project we work on.
