FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer and discuss the project goals. If we move forward, a proposal is created outlining the process. Then a contract is signed and work starts. We meet at least weekly, usually daily to discuss progress/changes. When the work is completed we do a final walk through and make sure that the customer is happy with our work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My great grandfather was a home builder and my grandfather was a woodworker. Building has drawn me in since a young age. I worked for several contractors, in different trades before I decided to launch my own company. This company is a collaboration of my learned experiences and my desire to learn and apply techniques and craftmanship.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our clients are home owners but we have worked on commercial projects. We have also performed some government and industrial jobs in the past, while working with general contractors, engineers, architects and project design teams.
