At first Alex was great but as time went on the communication got less and less. He would tell us he would be there on a certain day and not show up with no call or reason. The patio and fire pit he installed looks great but we also paid him to clear out our hill and level it. That has not been done yet and he will not answer our calls or texts. We hired Alex on June 5th and our project is still not complete. We paid for a service that we have not received 100%.
