Contact us for pricing. Some services are covered by insurance and some aren't so it's best to get an idea of what you're looking for first. Some insurances will dictate how much you pay out of pocket which could be as low as $0! We are also a Medicare approved provider, so please let us know right away if you have Medicare or an Advantage plan because we have to follow special rules with them. Our private pay fee may be higher than a massage therapist, but that's because you are getting an occupational or physical therapist with a minimum Master's degree in the function, movement, and rehabilitation of the body physically and cognitively. Our goal is not to keep people coming back for more. Instead, it is to see you thriving so that you don't need us again unless it's just for a relaxing massage.
We will message or call to discuss your issues to ensure our services match your needs and determine if in-home, telehealth, or a combination of both will fit your preferences. Then we can schedule an evaluation and make a plan to address your issues and goals. We will always ask whether or not you will be wanting to use insurance or if you want the private pay options which helps provide a better estimate of costs. Please also let us know if you have Medicare for insurance because we have to follow special rules for them.
Amberlt is a licensed occupational therapist with over a decade of experience in just about every setting and am licensed in Nebraska and Iowa. She further specialized in treating chronic swelling and wounds. She also has experience helping arm and hand pain/injuries, aging well at home, fall prevention, and supporting loved ones for preparing for changes with dementia, all to help people stay healthy with less pain and hospital stays. On the wellness side of things (things that insurance USUALLY doesn't cover): She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist utilizing skills like bandaging, wound care, and lymphatic drainage massage which addresses chronic swelling, acute (after surgery) swelling, migraines, bruising, sinus pain, and more. She also uses soft tissue mobilization for reducing fascial adhesions and moving better. In other words, if it's not on the list you can ask and we can most likely help!
