I specialize in therapeutic and relaxation massage. I am a focused therapist ready to use relaxation-oriented flow to help dispel the stresses of life. I have knowledge of alternative healing processes like aromatherapy, hot stone therapy and some crystal therapy. The modalities I offer include pregnancy, hot stone, Swedish, reflexology, some deep tissue/sports massage techniques and some energy work. I am geared more towards taking my client to an altered state of consciousness and reaching Alpha State Sleep. I enjoy healing people as well as helping people heal themselves. My youngest memories are of myself massaging my mother's feet and shoulders after a long day to help her stress melt away. Now, with schooling and a growing love for the healing arts, I would enjoy the chance to heal you.
