David Prehm - Artist/Illustrator

With a master's degree in studio art, David Prehm has sold hundreds of watercolor paintings, acrylics, oils, intaglio prints and works done in a variety of other media. Nature and the human figure have been the dominant subject matter depicted in his work. Portraits and commercial requests are commonly commissioned. As an art educator, he has over 30 years of experience teaching specialized courses from three dimensional design to the graphic arts. In recent years, the opportunity to illustrate children's books came along. Teaming up with the author, William Green, Prehm's drawing skills were used to illustrate two of his books.
