What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will waive any deposits paid for initial visit if a customer ends up hiring me. I also offer a home base discount to anyone in Newton, IA
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting extremely clear on what the customer is looking for, getting any design ideas out of the way, establishing scope and timeframe, then executing. I also like to check in at regular intervals with the customer to make sure we’re on the right track if anything changes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve never had formal education in this field, but I’ve learned everything I know on the job or on projects I do in my shop.
