- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We constantly compare our prices to other professionals in our to ensure that our pricing is in line with the market. We are fully licensed and insured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think meeting who you're going to work with is extremely important. We like to set an initial meeting to look over the scope of work and introduce ourselves. Initial Impressions usually give someone a good idea of whether the contractor they are speaking with has experience or the capability to put out the type of work they say they can. After the initial meeting we will put together an written estimate and then make adjustments if needed based on the customer's budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate's degree from DMACC in Des Moines, Iowa and have 5 years experience in the landscape industry.
