I would recommend Professional Roofing to anyone, they did an excellent job, John came out the day after I posted and gave me an great estimate, and started the next week, finished in one day, cleaned up everything better than it was before, great workers fast and professional. I will call him back when we are ready for new siding. Joni and Wes Bos

John got out quickly and gave a very fair, reasonable quote. Just going into busy season, he made it out in great time and got us all taken care of. Work is very professional and he charged what he quoted. Can't do any better than that!

John was super responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. We received 3 quotes. He was the only one that actually got on the roof to check for rot and other stuff you can’t do with an aerial view. They added vents, and replaced our plastic vents with metal. Apparently you’re not supposed to use plastic, because the squirrels were chewing through ours. His crew were all great guys too. They hardly took breaks and were very grateful when I brought lunch, and cold drinks. He kept within his quote, and had supporting documentation for all that was done. We will be using John for our windows next. It's nice to know a trustworthy contractor.

John was there fast with estimate and spent time with me and explained the details thourouly. It was scheduled on a Monday but rain delayed it 2 days. Wife works nights at hospital 12 hour shifts. She was scheduled to work Wednesday and called John to hold till Friday because she wouldnt be able to sleep during the day while they worked. John dropped the F Bomb on her and said the eq was loaded an workers were ready for Wed morning. She hung up on him and told me to find someone else as he was inconsiderate of her schedule. Well he apologized and they showed up a little late minus 1 crew member. Of couse it was loud and wife didnt sleep all day staying up the next shift and finally getting sleep after 36 hours. Supervisor left early and it was up to 2 workers to complete peaks and a bump out section off of kitchen bay window. The job on bay window was terrible! Shingles not nailed down, channel broken above window and I will include photos. John was here next morning to collect money and didnt even inspect the job as he was off site completly. We had to realign dish for tv an he agreed that bay window roof was terribly done the night before. He promised at 1 pm his best guy would redue it. They came on time with supervisor an helper an worked on it for 2.5 hours and left completing it to their best ability I guess. Well its still poor and pictures attached. I sent them to the owner that afternoon and never received a repl. I waited 6 days and I replied back and he didnt seem to be concerned about the the 2nd repair. I will have to complete job myself as rain is on its way. The price was a good price but attention to detail and communication was not so good!.
