What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic Corporations start at $1000 Basic Partnerships start at $800 Sole Proprietorships start at $500 This assumes bookkeeping is up to date and accurate. Back bookkeeping is billed at $75 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 15 minute assessment call to identify their needs and make recommendations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPA's are required to take at least 40 hours of continuing education a year. Every year I take classes on tax law for the new updates.
