- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is often negotiable based on services, fees, and time being spent with the client. Do not hesitate to ask for clarification.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love working with new customers! I know that asking for services from someone you do not know can be tough. I'm always open to a brief meet & greet to see if we are a fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a M.A. In Organizational Leadership. I am also a Certified Speaker and Coach with the John Maxwell Leadership Team. I have worked in multiple professional services for the last 15 years giving me a wide range of knowledge and experience.
