I like the "little" touches I can add to a cake or batch of cupcakes so they stand out from the rest. I believe in great customer service...not just good. It's the customers who make my business and they need to be treated as such.... I'm home when my kids need me and I love seeing someone's face as they see their cake for the first time. It's like opening presents on Christmas morning.
