What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum charge is $30 for mowing. This price includes trimming and blowing off any grass clippings from the hard surface areas.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I need before writing an estimate is the address. Once I have the address I can measure the property online or meet the person at the property if they have any special instructions before writing the estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified commercial applicators within the State of Iowa to provide the best lawn care products for your lawn.
