Andy was incredibly easy to work with. A section of our fence had blown over during the night and he was able to come out and give us an estimate within a few hours of calling him. He was able to make time to come out and fix our fence within a week of the incident (which was incredibly helpful since we have two dogs). The other fence repair company we spoke to was going to be more expensive and we would have been on a two - four week waiting list. Andy was friendly, easy to work with, and was able to promptly fix our fence even in the cold Iowa March weather. He was able to quote us a price that was much less than what we were anticipating which made his services pleasantly affordable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and discuss the work in person. Go over over all aspects of the job. Get a feel for the customers personality so I can incorporate there interests into the project. Once I have done this I move forward with the estimate and send out to customers

How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's always been my passion to create. I started out as a plumbers assistant then moved up in plumbing. Then went to residential rough carpentry and mastered this field. After 4 years I went out and and started my own company. After several large successful projects. I caught the eyes of local realtors and developers. I joined other companies while still running my own to help them expand. Through all this I have learned some of the most essential and important skills for any company to thrive and that is to lead and direct to keep things moving forward.
