Amazing experience with Justin. We contacted him after receiving the inspection report from our home sale. We had a week to get a few electric things fixed. Justin responded quickly and worked with us to find the best solution. He even went above and beyond by calling the inspector to clarify an issue. I can not speak highly enough of Justin and Summit Electric. His prices were fair; he never tried to upsell. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company uses unit pricing and we are one of the cheaper shops around. this doesn't mean you miss out on quality, I won't leave until you are satisfied and my work is top notch. I am able to allow this pricing because I don't have the overhead of other shops with employees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come and give a free quote and if the customer is happy with the project quote we will begin work immediately. We will not leave the jobsite until the customer is completely satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of experience in the electrical field both commercial and residential. I have completed all required schooling and on the job training to become a master license electrician.
