- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Boot Camp only- $25/Month- You receive a weekly email with the workouts for the week Personal Training- $100/Month- One one-on-one session per week Personal Training-$275/12 Week Transformation- Meet one-on-one twice a week for the first 2 months, the last month we meet once a week. I come up with your nutrition and supplementation plan based off your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do an initial consultation to determine if we are a good fit for one another. After the consultation we will determine goals and map the plan to determine the amount of time it will take to hit those goals. Then we get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training for two years behind the scenes and have decided to branch out and start my own Training Business. I have always played sports, and put my health and fitness at the top of my priorities. After studying for the last two years, getting my NASM certification and helping friends and family, it's time to help others in my community.
