Kristin cleaned my son’s apartment. My son is a graduate student but his cleaning abilities are like a 4 yrs old. Kirstin cleaned the entire apartment, washed his clothes and folded them, made his bed, and cleaned the kitchen, bathroom and shower. Kristin organized my son belongings and made my son’s apartment livable. Kristin is highly responsible, professional, and very punctual. She provided excellent cleaning services and a very good value.

I hired Kristen to do an initial cleaning and then regular on-going cleaning of my elderly mother’s home. Kristen was super professional and friendly so that I am comfortable with her working with my Mom on an on-going basis, and appreciative that she was willing to work with me on payment process since I live in Florida and was just here for two weeks. Kristen completed the initial cleaning while I’m still here and the house sparkles! My Mom commented that the kitchen looks better than when she first moved in 10 years ago! We are really pleased to say the least!!!!

Very impressed with Kristin. She has been fabulous to work with both with her responsiveness of messages and quality of her work. I love being able to ask about changing/adding on things she cleans for me as the regular “top to bottom, left to right” cleaning regimen that companies usually have in place is hard to work with in real life. I feel more like she adapts to the environment like I would if I was cleaning myself. Excellent work and I’ve even come home to folded laundry and clean dishes which she didn’t have to do! With having 3 very busy boys in our home I feel very blessed to have her helping me! Will be recommending to friends and family!

I feel my rates are very competitive with other cleaners in my area. However I am always willing to discuss my rate with a client if they feel it’s too high
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with them, checking over the area and making sure we are on the same page in regards to their expectations of what they are wanting me to accomplish
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the mother of 4 young children, so I feel like cleaning is what I do from sun up to sun down! I’m sure other parents can agree.
