We understand that buying a home is a large expense, so we try and provide competitive pricing to make things affordable for you. Ask us about on-going discounts or promotions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy working with new customers and love when you're there to follow us around. A home inspection usually takes around 3 hours, and it's great insight for customers to be with the home inspector during this time. It allows you to look at everything under a microscope and understand your home more intimately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Certified Professional Inspector with InterNACHI -Certified Radon Measurement Specialist with the State of Iowa Department of Health -Licensed Architect in the State of Iowa
