- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique, so is the pricing. I will carefully evaluate each project or request on its circumstances and either quote an hourly rate or a project rate. Minimum $25/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen. I ask clarifying questions when I don't understand. I ask what the end goal or a better future state and devise a plan to achieve it. We can meet for coffee, or talk over the phone, whatever is most comfortable and efficient for the potential customer. No pressure/hassle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience in Human Resources, am a certified notary and loan signing agent in Iowa. Have performed the full spectrum of HR including benefits, compensation, payroll, workers' compensation, recruiting, etc. Bookkeeping is part of any business- I am maintaining my books, I can maintain yours too.
