- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes thumbtacks cut which is usually around 20% and may vary 5-10 bucks depending how far off my route you are for gas in my vehicles and machines and the frequency of mowings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I will have a phone call with the new client or conversation through Thumbtack. I will ask about the property such as fences, gates, playground equipment, and whether or not there are lots of things to weed whack around. I will give them my estimate and set up payment plan. All my customers are prepaid in advance. I am able to take cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, and Facebook Money. I went to this method due to too many past clients skipping out on paying.

Been doing lawn care and landscaping ever since I was a little kid.
