- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the complexity of the project, required deliverables, and turnaround time. Simple 3D modeling projects may have a fixed price, while more complex engineering, product development, or reverse engineering projects are quoted individually. I provide clear estimates before work begins and there are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer's goals, requirements, and any available sketches, photos, or existing parts. Then I create a proposal, develop the CAD model, and provide updates throughout the process. Depending on the project, I can also create technical drawings, prototypes, and manufacturing-ready files. Customer feedback is incorporated at each stage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have experience in CAD design, product development, technical documentation, manufacturing processes, and prototyping. I have worked extensively with 3D modeling, engineering drawings, 3D printing, and custom mechanical design projects.
