What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have simple pricing, depends on the type of photography.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since we shoot digital, we start with conversation about what the customer is looking for. In studio, on location, or out doors. Then we schedule the photo session. Proofs are ready with in 1 day, but customer has option to view on line or view paper proofs. Turn around is very fast. That's where communication is so important, understanding the customer needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have business degree from Grand View College, and photography diploma from New York Institute of Photography. Numerous week long studying under top photographers in commercial, portrait and wedding photography.
