- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time customers are currently given a $50 discount when booking. Recurring business, if booked in advance semi-annually (Spring and Fall) will continue at a $25 OFF rate. We love referrals and will leave you a referral card (or more if you wish!) to share with neighbors. When they book their first cleaning, they get $25 off and you will get $25 off your next cleaning too!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by going over the barbecue or grill with you, discussing and issues you have prior to beginning the service. We will point out anything that may need attention, and then proceed with a complete grill cleaning using our proprietary process.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be certain they have a process that leaves your grill as clean of grease and baked on food as possible. It is important to remove food residue using manual scrubbing, scrapers and high temperature steam. This leaves your grill healthy, and helps prevent rodents and insects from moving in!
