Unfortunately, after Venom PC took the computer for repair, my phone and printer went out for four days at the same time. Four days later all was repaired and the computer came back. They'd had no way to contact me and all my information about this company was in the gone computer. I am a writer, and had lost many of my writing files downloading Windows 10. Venom was able to find some of them, and the person who brought the computer back and I finally were able to find the rest - a 312 page book, screen plays, stage plays. What a relief. Venom did a fine job and the delay was definitely on my end. I'd refer Venom to friends.

Venom PC's owner came to my home to pick up my computer and had it fixed and back to me the following day. Talk about great service! Mike goes out of his way to do a quick, professional job and also treats people with respect and kindness. The icing on the cake is that his fees are extremely reasonable. A five-star experience.

Typically a flat rate. We don't believe in charging by the hour.

I always stay up to date on the newest hardware/software being released.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually started on a Commodore 64 when I was little. I was always fascinated with technology.
