Introduction

I am a great listener and I use that skill to hone in on the needs of the customer to achieve the greatest end result. If the customer conveys an idea, I try to accommodate that idea and design around it. When shooting Weddings I shoot with the theme in mind, and try to tell a story about the event. The look of satisfaction on a persons face... that is a reward! When you have produced a piece that creates that look in someones eye of excitement and value... That is where my excitement comes from. I am also very proud of my work, I have spent a lot of time perfecting my skills and I continue to learn new techniques. My newest endeavor is hi resolution Aerial Photo/Videography. After a lengthy process of registration with the FAA I have put into service two Aerial Drones with 1080P and 4K video capabilities. I am now able to produce commercial footage. We use these drones for Real Estate videos and photography, mapping services for stock yards, agriculture as well as Search & Rescue missions.

I have been in business over 30 yrs. Early on I realized that I needed a brochure. I was told about Mike Trout and gave him a shot. The B&W folded brochure he produced for our business was superb. Since then I have only used Mike for my graphics & web development.Over the decades I became one of the larger advertisers in the firearms magazines and Mike has produced ads ranging from one sixth pg B&W to double color trucks. His work is nothing short of superb and his integrity is beyond reproach. Mike's prices are quite fair and a fraction of what we were quoted by larger companies. Over the yrs he has never failed to meet a deadline and I've been guilty of coming to him at the very last minute to get a new ad into a magazine. He's burned the midnight oil many a time for me. Unlike some of his competitors, Mike will go to great length to learn about your product and your client demographics in order to produce work that sounds like it was written by someone who actually knows what he is talking about ! The 4 color catalog Mike produced for me was simply outstanding and I was absolutely flabbergasted by how reasonable the final cost was . Do yourself a huge favor and give him a call to discuss your next project , you won't be disappointed ! I may sound like I'm his relative, believe me I'm not, but in today's world of rip offs and mediocrity it's a pleasure to give a thumbs up to someone who actually does superior work and goes that extra mile for you !

Mike did a drone video that took about an hour on a home that was being listed in the Puyallup area. His work was amazing. He showed up early and was ready to go when I got there. He definitely went above and beyond what I expected. He created a video of the outside of the home that was several minutes long with music and uploaded it to YouTube all in the same day. I was extremely impressed with how well the video was put together and came out. I was also amazed at how much more exposure my listing received. I will definitely be using his services again!!!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am constantly taking new courses and reading the latest books on the new features of updated software that I use, and I am always upgrading my equipment as the new technologies require more sophisticated tools. Professional Glass is also the only way to capture crisp, in-focus photos.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have spent my entire life designing graphics and shooting photos from a very early age. I enjoy the tale of the story through photography, because visuals speak louder than words. Photos should reflect a moment in time but express an overall story...
What types of customers have you worked with?
I get a lot of requests for product photography for catalogs and web sites. I have also developed several very successful on-line sales portals and informational web sites.
