Right Now installed our ductless AC system in July 2022. Recently, all 4 of the indoor units would go on, but wouldn't do anything else. Upon inspection, the newly trained tech quickly found the source of the problem in the outdoor main unit, for which he needed to turn over the repair to a more senior tech. The more experienced tech arrived within the half hour. He stayed until the system was completely overhauled and repaired, which took quite a few hours. Once 1 issue was resolved, the same issue elsewhere in the system cropped up. The problem was that a couple fittings came loose which caused the refrigerant to completely evacuate. The technician was good natured the entire time he was here working on my AC system. I'm happy to say that my AC system is now working perfectly.
