Introduction: Please join us on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 P.M. for some wonderful body exercises, mind exercises, and of course, breathing. No tofu required. Neither is tying yourself in a pretzel or even touching your own toes for that matter. What I do is provide the material and give options for modifications or advancement; all depending on how you are feeling each particular night. Because as we all know, our day-to-day can make a lot of difference. We definitely emphasize breathing and relaxation throughout the entire session, so our classes stay mellow. The ages of our students range from 21 to 76 years old, both male and female, skinny and not. This class is truly for "Every Body." And finally, everyone's first session is free, so come whenever you like, no obligations!
