The only good thing that happened to me the night I got my DUI, (and undoubtedly the most important) is that a very nice bail bondswoman recommended Jeff!!! He made all the difference in my case, and I REALLY believe that he went above and beyond in representing me! Obviously I have not worked with every attorney in town, but IMO you will be very hard pressed to find a more competent, skilled, and respected attorney to handle a DUI case. He and Lisa are very proactive, communicate very well, and stay on top of everything. They listen to you, and explain everything in great detail. They even answer their phones, and return calls or emails...! Jeff seems to have the respect of the "establishment", meaning the prosecutors, judges, etc... When he makes a recommendation or asks for something from the court, they take him seriously, and he has a great chance of obtaining the desired result. To say that I'm not even the slightest bit happy about getting myself a DUI is a gigantic understatement!!! But I'm very happy that I chose Jeff and Lisa to help me sort out the mess!

Shopping for bargain representation and hiring the wrong attorney can be a very costly mistake. I have learned that lesson the hard way in the past. Not only does your attorney need to beknowledgeable and skillful, but from my experience, must be admired and respected by his peers. If the judges and prosecutors don't respect your counsel, the outcome of your case will most certainly reflect that. That is not speculation, that is a FACT! Jeff Nona is HIGHLY respected and admired by his peers and the legal community at large. He is not a newcomer in the legal arena. Because he is fair and reasonable, Jeff can generally negotiate an outcome that is acceptable to all parties. The thing I like best about Jeff is that he is direct and to the point. He won't "Blue Sky" or minimize the charges or penalties you may be facing. Jeff is a no B.S. kind of guy that gets the job done. He has a paralegal, Lisa Wilson, that is a rock star in her own field. She kept me up to date and doesn't let things "slip through the cracks" which is really important when your freedom and rights are on the line. Jeff and Lisa are a really good team. I highly recommend Jeff to all my friends and family and have retained his services numerous times over the past 10 years for a variety of of legal issues. Always with a successful outcome.
