At Prime Plumbing, we believe in transparent and fair pricing. We provide upfront estimates whenever possible and clearly explain the scope of work before any job begins. Emergency and after-hours services may involve additional charges, but we always communicate those costs in advance. We offer competitive pricing while maintaining high-quality workmanship, licensed technicians, and professional service. Financing options may also be available for larger plumbing projects or water heater replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with understanding the customer’s issue or project goals. We schedule a convenient appointment, evaluate the plumbing system, and provide recommendations along with pricing options. Once approved, our licensed technicians complete the work efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional job site. After completion, we walk the customer through the work performed and answer any questions to ensure complete satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prime Plumbing is fully licensed and insured in the State of Idaho. Our team includes experienced plumbing professionals trained in residential, commercial, service, water heater, gas line, and remodel plumbing systems. We stay current on plumbing codes, safety standards, and new technologies through ongoing industry training and hands-on field experience.
