Introduction: I am a cleaner, and I do move-out walk-throughs for a local property management company. I am reliable, and I have my own transportation and cleaning supplies. I pay close attention to detail, as it is my job to make sure a property is rentable and to protect the owners and/or the tenants from being charged for repairs that they shouldn't be.
