FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thanks for taking your time to review the FAQ's, hopefully we're able to answer most of your initial questions here. We take the time to personalize each bid based on your needs and budget. Because of the unlimited building and finishing options we feel the best way to fulfill clients dreams is to get to know them. After our initial meeting we will provide an estimate that includes materials, labor, and our service costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After your initial inquiry, we'll get back to you to set up a call to discuss the project you have in mind. Next step would be to set up a date and time to review your project in person. This allows us to provide a tailored estimate. Depending on the project we do charge a $50 estimate charge which can be applied to your project cost. Once an estimate is approved by you a start date will be set. On larger projects, we'll send you a project contract and then set a start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay up on new building techniques and best practices. We attend building seminars were possible. We are Lead certified with the EPA, this allows us to work with materials that may contain Lead paint.
