Ron Mettler should be on the top of everyone's list of general contractors. His years of experience coupled with his open demeanor and desire to please make him one of the best people I've had the pleasure of working with. I hired Ron to remodel the bathroom in my Mom's trailer, so she would have a more ADA compliant design. Since I live on the other side of the country, I didn't have much time to find a contractor that I could trust to be in Mom's house without me being there. My schedule allowed me enough time to work with Ron in the beginning of the project...but I had to leave right after demolition. Prior to demolition, Ron spent a few hours with me at a couple of stores to go over design materials and options. While at one store in particular, I noticed he had a strong relationship with the sales staff there...as well as a chance run-in with one of his old customers. I could tell that they were very pleased with Ron's service to them. The project stayed on budget...and he remained flexible to minor changes the original design. The final project was done with superior quality...and we couldn't be happier. I feel perfectly comfortable knowing Mom has a larger walk-in shower that's far safer than what she had before. Thanks so much, Ron!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take General information over the phone, if possible we provide average price to fix over the phone. We then schedule an appointment to come to the house or business, we then do a true evaluation of the problem and then start the fix.
