I live in Coeur d' Alene, Id BUT I do remote tutoring all over the country . You will get individualized assistance for computer on any thing you want to learn. I am very good and teaching beginners about computers. With my background in teaching and computers I am very good at what I do. I tutor in person in Coeur d Alene, Idaho area, otherwise I can remote into your computer to work with you. I can see your screen talk to you and move the mouse, it is also a great way to get tutoring. When needed I travel to the clients home to do the job. I specialize in working with seniors, since I am a retired computer teacher I can relate to them. My prices reasonable because I know people are on fixed budgets. If you technology is acting up or your network needs help I work on theses issues too.

My pricing is very fair, I take into account that many people are on fixed incomes so my prices reflect that. I vary my prices between a job rate and hourly rate according to the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk or meet with the client to go over their needs or wants and we come up with a plan that will take care of this. I explain what my background is and how I can help them with their technology issues. IF it is building a website, we go over everything they want set up on the website

I have a degree in math/computer science Taught High School for 25 yrs Worked part time doing tech work for 15 yrs A+ certified for Microsoft
