I found Julie after having a couple of bad experiences with instructors. Julie listens to answer my questions and needs, progresses at my pace, and goes back over things to make sure I got it and can perform it without her. I have had multiple visits now because she is such a good and knowledgeable teacher and charges a very reasonable hourly rate. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone needing computer training.

I am thrilled that I chose Julie to work with to tutor me in Excel and other Microsoft programs!! I am a complete beginner and she is so patient and full of knowledge. I work on a Mac and she is on a PC yet she knows all of the tricks and shortcuts, and she is able to "take over" my computer while she teaches me from her home, so it works out perfectly. I look forward to every lesson with her. She is punctual and prepared and has things ready for our hour sessions. I will be taking all of this knowledge with me when I find a new job so finding her was of the utmost importance. I can't say enough good things about her. Highly recommend her!!!!

My training with the specialist is ongoing, as she is teaching me computer skills. I am basically starting from square one, she has been patient, kind and the knowledge that she is in parking is invaluable. I would highly recommend her as a tutor, or for computer repair. As in my case she has done both.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair, I take into account that many people are on fixed incomes so my prices reflect that. I vary my prices between a job rate and hourly rate according to the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk or meet with the client to go over their needs or wants and we come up with a plan that will take care of this. I explain what my background is and how I can help them with their technology issues.
IF it is building a website, we go over everything they want set up on the website
