My garage wasn't insulated when it was built and the builders only put in the absolute bare minimum in the attic for the rest of the house.I loved that there wasn't a sales pitch when I was getting the quote, I was simply provided the details for the various R ratings for both the garage and the house and was left to make the decision on my own. Any questions I had were answered in a professional way. Jacob was able to understand that I had a decent amount of knowledge and didn't waste our time by trying to explain anything that I didn't need him to.On install day, I really didn't notice that they were in the attic performing any work, they were very quiet and respectful that I was in meetings for most of the day. Due to the amount of work, it required them to be around all day as I was expecting.The entire work area was left very clean when they were finished and I've already noticed a difference in the garage (from no insulation) and inside the house by adding the additional insulation. My data logging indicates that the temperature of the house is staying more consistent and isn't fluctuating as much as before and this is causing my heater to run less often.The only issue I had was receiving my final invoice showing everything was paid along with the photos that they took of the work. Once I sent a reminder text message, I was able to get it the next business day.

We utilized Home Comfort Insulation to insulate above our garage and RV bay and it was a great overall experience. Jacob arrived within a couple of hours of my initial call to perform the estimate. He was very thorough in his explanation and quoting process. His installation team arrived on time, were very professional, completed the work ahead of schedule, and cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I want to say thanks to Jacob, Micah, and Ryley. Insulation is not the most fun way to spend your hard-earned money, but it does have a return on investment. Jacob, the owner of Home Comfort was really great to work with. He educated me on the process and made me understand what options were the best for our unique home. We were woefully under-insulated and Jacob and his team made sure we understood how to best keep our home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. They brought us from 4" of old insulation to 17". They also installed a solar attic fan to keep the air fresh and cool during summer. I feel like their prices were more than fair, and the customer service was fantastic.

You should not hesitate to contact Jacob Shapiro with Home Comfort Insulation and his team if you need honest, professional insulation services. I reached out to numerous insulation companies. It seemed every contractor provided different solutions and claimed to be more knowledgeable than the others. After researching all the different insulation solutions that were supposed to solve my insulation problems, I became an online insulation professional. Jacob's solutions addressed my insulation issues honestly, and I didn't feel like I was being sold unnecessary services. While narrowing down which contractor to use, I realized all the other contractors' estimates began with rebates and tax incentives to lessen the blow of how expensive the job was. Jacob provided me with an honest job quote leaving out any of the rebates and tax incentive fluff till the end. Home Comfort Insulation was not chosen because they were the most affordable, but because I knew their honesty would reflect in the work. The installers were professional, efficient and informative throughout the installation, and I would recommend Home Comfort Insulation to anyone needing insulation services.
