We'll also discuss how to replace unhealthy cravings with healthy ones. The changes we make are always fun and easy! The work is in the workout: Proper exercise form and knowledge of the muscle groups go farther than learning new workout fads. Most workouts fail because the focus is on body movement and how much or how long we sweat. Targeted exercise will not fail because intermediate goals are set, reached and then, re-targeted. You decide if it's too much or not enough! This is a lifelong program, not a quick fix.
