FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every job is custom-quoted based on size, scope, and site conditions. We provide 10% discounts for churches, seniors, and veterans, and we’re always happy to work within your budget when possible. Our estimates include everything, labor, haul-off, equipment, and disposal, so you know exactly what you’re paying for. We believe in honesty and respect, and we price our services to reflect the quality of care we bring to each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, respectful, and hands-on. We start with a free consultation, either in person or over the phone, to understand your goals and walk the site if needed. Once we’ve seen the space and discussed your needs, we’ll provide a clear written estimate and scope of work. If everything looks good, we send a simple service agreement, collect a deposit, and schedule the work at a time that’s convenient for you. Throughout the project, we keep you informed and ensure the work area is clean, safe, and respected. Once the job is complete, we do a final walkthrough with you and offer a 30-day follow-up to make sure you’re fully satisfied. We treat every property like it’s sacred...because it is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a retired Air Force veteran with over 20 years of service, I bring a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to every job. My hands-on experience includes property maintenance, groundskeeping, and leadership training, all of which directly apply to managing clean-up, landscaping, and exterior projects with precision and care. I’ve also completed on-the-job training in fencing, cleaning, and weed control, and we stay informed on Idaho’s environmental and safety regulations. At Bear Claw Exteriors, we believe in learning by doing, and we take pride in doing things the right way, from prep to finish.
